In partnership with UNHCR, Safe Road for Peace & Development-SRPD implemented the assisted spontaneous return (ASR) activity for 31 Somali refugees who have chosen to return to Somalia, ensuring safe and dignified travel.
The ASR is one of the UNHCR’s programme, it aims to help Somali refugees and asylum seekers make informed decisions about possible return to Somalia and then to ensure safe and dignified travel and return for those who wish to make the journey.
