On Sunday, 28 September 2025, the second phase of the training programs was launched at Al-Ola Training and Rehabilitation Center as part of the “Sustainable Livelihoods and Integrated Services for Persons with Disabilities and their Families in Amanat Al-Asema Project”, implemented by SRPD with support from Handicap International (HI) and BMZ.
This phase builds on the achievements of the first stage of the project and aims to enhance the skills and economic empowerment of persons with disabilities through practical training programs running until 27 October 2025.
The training covers several fields, including:
- Marketing
- Mobile Maintenance and Programming
- Tailoring
- Pastry and Confectionery Making
The project represents an important step toward economic empowerment and self-reliance for persons with disabilities, enabling them to build sustainable livelihoods and improved living conditions.
